Our Director of Marketing, Tom Dennis, took part in the American Marketing Association’s South Regional Retreat this weekend. Leaders from the four Texas AMA chapters attended the Friday dinner and Saturday retreat where best practices were shared and great connections were made.
Hosted by the DFW AMA and taking place just across the Trinity River from Blanks, at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, the retreat focused on Leadership, Membership and Programs – three of the most important elements in running a successful chapter.
Tom has been active in the DFW AMA chapter for five years and served as the Chapter’s President for the 2010-11 term. Prior to that, Tom headed up the programs for the chapter and also led the building and branding of the Special Interest Group program.
